Sweat Equity

This is what it comes down to. Sweat Equity. Paul went back to work today, and I have a reprieve. We got the kitchen totally painted, two coats of primer, two coats of color and all of the trim. PHEW! Then yesterday it was back breaking work, removing 30-year-old linoleum. UGH!!!! Envision Paul and I each with a spackle knife in one hand, and a heat gun in the other. I keep reminding myself that it is all going to be worth it when we are done. Someone help me to remind me?


Halloween was fun! Trinity was in garb as her favorite girl, Ariel the Little Mermaid. Debbie did such an awesome job with the coustume; she was the best help! Paul surprised Trinity by dressing up as King Triton. That totally rocked her world. Jeannette hosted us once again for Trick or Treating. Pat & Howard even dressed up for her benefit. We are very lucky to be surrounded by such great friends. Someone once said, "Friends are the family that you choose." No truer words can be spoken.
